This cozy, recently renovated apartment with two bedrooms, swimming pools and garage, is 200m from the beach and in the heart of TORREMOLINOS, in the main square of the city, a two-minute walk from San Miguel street.

This charming and modern apartment with private pools and garage. It has been recently renovated, ideal to rest and enjoy a family vacation, at the same time it is very bright, the building has an elevator and without architectural barriers, it has approximately 60m2 and is distributed in two bedrooms, living/dining room, kitchen, large terrace and two bathrooms, one of them private for the main room, Apartment is safe to stay with small children.
COMMON AREAS: the complex has two private community pools for the exclusive use of the apartments, as well as a beach bar where you can eat or have a beer while enjoying a good bath.
HOW TO STAY:
Up to 5 adults can be accommodated: 2 in a bedroom with two 90cm beds, 2 in a bedroom with a double bed and 1 sofa bed in the living room.
