    LOCATION:
    Apartment, is in the neighborhood of San Vicente, with unbeatable views of San Francisco Park, about 10 minutes walk from the Plaza Mayor and very close to the main monuments of the city.

    APARTMENT:
    This modern and recently renovated apartment is located on the second floor of a building with elevator, has approximately 100m2, is distributed in three bedrooms, large kitchen-office, living room and a large independent bathroom.

    HOW TO STAY:
    It can accommodate up to 6 people in three bedrooms: 2 people in the master bedroom in a double bed of 160, 2 people in a bedroom with single beds, 2 people in a bedroom with a double bed, plus all rooms have wardrobes , fully furnished kitchen and a large bathroom with sinks and shower.

    EQUIPMENT:
    To make your stay even more pleasant, the whole apartment is furnished with quality furniture, air conditioning, heating with indoor thermostat, hot water, wifi internet and among others:
    DINING ROOM: Two sofas of two and three seats, armchair and accessories, SMART TV 43"HD Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, Chromecast, Disney+.
    KITCHEN: Corner table with 5 chairs and bench, ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, crockery, glassware, cutlery, cleaning products.
    Clothesline, ironing board and iron.
    MASTER BEDROOM: Double bed of 1,60m, side tables, puff, wardrobe, linens.
    BEDROOM TWO: 2 single beds of 90m, bedside table, dresser, bedding.
    BEDROOM THREE: Double bed of 1.40 m, side table, wardrobe, bedding.
    BATHROOM: Equipped with two sinks, toilet, bidet, shower, hair dryer, wastebasket, toilet paper, washbasin and shower towels per guest.
    FACILITIES: Free Wifi throughout the house, electricity, air conditioning, heating and individual hot water.

    Parking is this area, it is free, and it is easy to park in the vicinity of the apartment. The parking lot of the Holy Trinity is also very close.
