Apartment, is in the Centro Ciudad neighborhood, on Calle Melendez, inside the house of the poet Juan Melendez Valdés, located in front of the Clergy and the Casa las Conchas.

This modern and spacious apartment, is on the second floor of a recently renovated building with elevator, has approximately 45m2, distributed in a bedroom, living / dining room, kitchen, hallway and a spacious bathroom.
HOW TO STAY:
It can accommodate up to 4 people: in a 12m2 bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room, it also has a wardrobe, a fully furnished kitchen and a spacious bathroom with a shower.
EQUIPMENT:
To make your stay even more pleasant, the apartment is furnished and equipped, among others:
-LIVING-DINING ROOM: Dining table with 4 chairs, sofa bed, cabinet with flat screen TV, coffee table.
-KITCHEN: Ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, capsule coffee maker (dolce gusto), Italian coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils, crockery, glassware, cutlery, cleaning products, clothes line, ironing board and iron.
-MAIN BEDROOM: 1.40m double bed, 3-drawer chest, 2 bedside tables, armchair, desk, built-in wardrobe, bedding.
-BATHROOM: Equipped with sink, toilet, bidet, shower, hair dryer, wastebasket, toilet paper, washbasin and shower towels per guest.
-INSTALLATIONS: Free Wifi throughout the house, electricity, hot water and individual heating.
ZONE:
Melendez Street is one of the most touristy streets in the city, it is pedestrianized, it is within the old part of the city and is surrounded by important monuments of the city: La Clerecía, Casa de las Conchas, Calle de La Rua, churches and squares of importance, as well as tapas bars and restaurants recommended in tourist guides.
PARKING:
In this area there is no parking as it is a pedestrian area, the closest car parks are Parking Colon at 400m and Parking Lemans at 500m
There is the possibility of a garage space 400m from the house (€ 15 per day), subject to availability.
It has a taxi rank, a city bus stop, just 50 meters from the door.
